From Coach Gatson - I want to thank the parents for their donations to the American Heart Association. Our goal this year was $1,500.00 and we reached our goal totaling $1,510.85. In the gym, students learned the importance of maintaining a healthy heart. One of the ways to maintain a healthy heart is through exercising, which is why we chose to learn how to jump rope. To make this cause a fun and educational event, I turned it into a challenge to pie me in the face, PE teacher for the day, or silly string me. #OurConnectionIsStrong
