Nacogdoches ISD will be closed Wednesday, June 19, for the Juneteenth holiday. There will be no Summer Learning Program classes on June 19, and no meals will be served at NISD Summer Nutrition program locations (with the exception of the Boys & Girls Club, which will be open on Wednesday). Summer Learning Program, Summer Nutrition locations and normal district operations will resume on Thursday, June 20.

Because of treacherous travel conditions related to the wintry mix of precipitation we’ve received, Nacogdoches ISD will be closed for students and staff Tuesday, Jan. 16. All after-school activities are also canceled for Tuesday. (Maintenance and custodial staff who can safely report on Tuesday should be at work at scheduled times.)
Nacogdoches ISD is closed Monday for the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday, but NISD is monitoring the weather forecast for Sunday night and Monday when there is a chance of frozen precipitation.
