Model UN allows students to simulate roles as delegates to the United Nations from a particular nation and serve as representatives of that country's policies. Nacogdoches High School juniors and seniors visited with representatives from colleges and universities on Wednesday, Nov. 14, at the NHS College Fair. Also on hand were representatives from the branches of the military. NHS students were let out of class to attend the college fair, which was also open to parents. Surrounding school districts were invited to the college fair, and many sent their juniors and seniors. Students could meet one-on-one with college reps about degree plans and career paths.
